Sod Yard in Lexington County South Carolina
Project Spotlight:
Full-Service Residential Landscaping in Lexington County, South Carolina
At Affinity Landscaping, we recently completed a full front and side yard transformation for this beautiful modern home in Lexington County, SC. Our team handled every detail—from concept to completion—creating a clean, functional, and inviting outdoor space.
Scope of Work:
Front Yard Landscaping: We installed fresh sod (lawn installation), added a formal planting layout with low-maintenance shrubs, vertical evergreens for structure, and premium black mulch for a polished look.
Garden Bed Design & Planting:
Professionally edged beds were filled with nutrient-rich topsoil, mulched, and planted with a variety of ornamental plants.
Side Yard Grading & Cleanup:
We cleared and graded the side yard for better drainage, cleaned debris, and prepped it for future use.
Landscape Prep & Finish:
Soil leveling, hose management, and general landscaping cleanup completed the project.
